- Example, general recommendation is mortgage is a good debt, but some of the experts still pay off the mortgage, gaining that sense of safety

- Longer term focus
- Many comes from poorer family but they choose to work hard and perform well in their field
- Investment is a part of life, but not a big part, no to mention the central part
